The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were lovely, and Alice's service was perfect, complete with a cute smile.

The rooms feel modern, clean, and comfortable, and the front desk staff welcomed me warmly. It's a nice boutique hotel in downtown Hualien, with a fresh feel that seems geared toward younger guests. Breakfast was good and nicely presented, and there were free snacks and popcorn to enjoy. I'd recommend it and stay here again on my next visit to Hualien.

We slept really well in the comfy bed and pillows, though the air con was a bit loud. The room design is fantastic, and even the shampoo and soap were surprisingly good for hotel products. I love the poshtel's funky design and how well thought out everything feels. The staff stayed friendly and smiling, even when breakfast and checkout got very busy. There are family-focused activities like board games and movie night, plus free snacks and bike rentals, which are a big plus. I'd come back.

The staff were wonderful, always ready to help, and so genuinely nice. Thank you, Mango and Ren! The hotel was my favorite stay during my Taiwan vacation. We arrived a couple of weeks after the big earthquake in April and were a little worried, but I'm glad we still went to Hualien City. The rooms were beautiful and new, with a modern, hip feel, and there are some great shared spaces, especially the AWESOME rooftop.
