The room has a water heater and bottled water for guests, plus soap, shampoo, and towels in the bathroom. There’s also a TV and hair dryer. One drawback is that there aren’t any outlets by the bed; they’re near the TV, sofa, and in the bathroom. Getting to the room takes some effort too, since it’s only accessible by stairs. If you’re driving, think twice, as on-site parking probably isn’t available. The location is handy, with restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to the night market.

I had confirmed an early check-in with the owner ahead of time, but when I arrived there was nobody to let me in. I waited more than an hour without a reply, and the message finally came much later. I’d already left by then and had to pay for somewhere else to stay. Even though I never stayed and couldn’t access the property, they wouldn’t approve a free cancellation. The host was completely unreliable and communication was poor. I’d never recommend this place.

The room was really nice, and the hotel was clean and well organized inside. It’s affordable and close to the market and some restaurants. We checked in late, and the assistant was kind enough to help us. Getting our luggage up to the third floor was a struggle for me, my child, and a senior citizen. I also wonder why there weren’t any towels when we stayed.

Avoid this place. We paid 3000 TWD a night for a super tiny room with moldy blankets and disposable towels. The only things we liked were getting to check in early and the McDonalds coup-ons. Such a rip-off.

The room was spacious, and both the train station and night market are about a ten-minute walk away. A really lovely place, highly recommend!
