Walking through the fields beside the guesthouse was a lovely part of the stay, and the setting felt like a refreshing break from Hualien’s concrete cityscape. The facilities were excellent and well equipped. The hostess was lovely too, always quick to help and answer our questions.

We stayed as a family of three with our nine-month-old. The rooms and surroundings were really comfortable, and the landlady was so friendly. We’d be happy to come back if we get the chance.

Sister Jian made sure everyone had eaten and slept well, while still giving us room to relax. She’s so warm and welcoming that guests quickly ended up chatting together about all sorts of things. After we left, she even messaged to check that I’d arrived home safely. So sweet! 😭 I was in Guangfu helping out over the National Day holiday and got to meet the lovely Sister Jian. Everything was spotless and felt comfortable and reassuring. The indoor and outdoor spaces were thoughtfully furnished, and her gentle music made it easy to unwind. There’s a sweet dog and a cool cat in the backyard too 🤣.

The quiet neighborhood was a pleasure. In the morning, I opened the window to mountain views and the sound of roosters. I keep quite a few chickens myself, so I’m used to that wake-up call. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the hostess was friendly. Her little black dog was adorable too. I’d come back to enjoy that slow pace again. Thanks for the service!
