The buffet was a hit with all of us, with lots of seafood and other dishes, and the Häagen-Dazs ice cream was especially popular with the family. Our group of nine, children and parents from Korea, also found the rooms spacious and the beds very comfortable. What we’re most grateful for is how the staff helped after a minor car accident in the hotel parking lot. Even with the language barrier, they accompanied us to the police station and helped make sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Their support made the trip unforgettable. Thanks~

Some of the young staff here still seem to need more training, but one person really stood out during my two-night stay. It was Qiu Hanwen(or Qiu）, working in the second-floor western restaurant. He served customers with real dedication and a good heart. I asked his name because I wanted to encourage a young person doing well as he develops in his career, and told him I’d praise his contribution to the hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot, about a five-minute walk up the road behind the bus station. There’s also an entertainment area downstairs with a Nintendo Switch, pool, table tennis and more. The room was really spacious. Amazing place to stay!

The dinner buffet had loads of choices and was extremely good. I also loved the hot spring bathtub in the room and the great selection of outdoor pools.

The buffet was good, better than Westin Tashee, and I liked the family activities. You can stay at the hotel and have fun without needing to go out. They even generously let guests keep using the facilities the day after checkout. The kids’ playroom could use more toys, though. It felt quite empty.
