From the front desk to the restaurant, every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Jiaoxi Train Station is around a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a handy shuttle too. We had our little one with us and hoped to visit the night market, but jet lag and having no stroller made it seem unlikely. I felt a bit awkward asking the front desk whether they had one for guests, but they did. I was thrilled, they really saved our day! Highly recommend, and we’ll stay here again.

The bed and pillows were too firm for me, and there was no heater in the room. It stayed at 19 Celsius whether I adjusted the temperature myself or asked the front desk to do it. I was freezing and didn’t sleep at all, despite everything else about the hotel being very good.

The driveway from the main street is very narrow. The Wi-Fi, pillows, TV and tub were good, and free snacks are put out in the dining hall in the afternoon and late evening.

This is my favorite hotel in Yilan, and I’d recommend it 10/10. It’s clean and relatively new, with great staff. The room’s hot tub is handy, and the balcony is a nice place to relax. They also have a happy hour with red wine and snacks featuring local Yilan flavors. I’ll stay here every time I visit Yilan.

Omggggg, this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The service and entertainment were the best, and everyone had such a good attitude and treated me well. That’s why I gave it five stars. I’ll never forget this hotel and will go back if I have time. I’m sure they’ll take great care of me again 💕👍🥳🥳
