Hotel PIN Jiaoxi

We had a really comfortable room, and the amenities were well considered. The hotel itself has plenty of facilities, with lots of places to eat nearby too. The location worked perfectly for us. Thanks to xiang and imy for the good conversation. I'd definitely return.

Lisa cleaned my room and did a 9/10 job. I liked that outside food is allowed if you ask reception. In room 2709, though, the space felt smaller than the pictures on Agoda and Trip.com suggested. I expected the spa or hot spring to be bigger, and the water pressure was too strong. Breakfast, snacks, and late night snacks were fine, but when the woman went to refill the French fries and chicken nugget balls, she came back with only crumbs of fries and too few for even two people to take some. The arcade was noisy but fun, while the library was quiet and desolate. I think guests should have to tap a card to use the elevator, since someone could otherwise walk in with another person and go up to the arcade or library. Might come back.

The room at Pin Jiaoxi was clean and comfortable, and it had its own hot spring tub. We had an excellent stay. Thanks to the housekeeping staff, Xiuzhen, for the great service. I'd definitely come back.

It was only a one-night stay, which was a shame because my family, especially my son, loved the room. When I first walked in, I was struck by how beautiful and cozy it was, almost like a little house, and it was very comfortable. Thanks to Kevin for keeping it sparkling clean. We'll come back another time.
