The room was reasonably clean and quiet, and there are a few bus options right beside the hotel. But the location isn't that great, and the room had a strong cigarette smell despite being non-smoking. The room and hallway lighting are very dim, and the window faces another building, so it doesn't bring in light. It felt like nighttime all day. There was no hand soap or small towels in the room, which seemed really odd. Bring your own soap if you want to keep your hands clean.

The lobby was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But I was shocked when I got to the room: there were so many scratches and the TV was broken. The food didn't taste good either. I still enjoyed the trip, though, and I'm excited to go to the next hotel.

I've stayed here several times because the location is so accessible, close to everything, and you can walk to lots of places. This time, though, a building under construction was blocking the airflow, which made the room uncomfortable and, well, smelly.

I wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again. The whole hotel was so dark it gave me the creeps, and the breakfast was so bad it wasn't worth using a voucher. The staff need to be friendlier and more professional. Nobody greeted or welcomed us coming or going, and the front desk was crowded with staff just chatting. The laundry didn't work, so it just took our money.

The room was dirty and poorly lit, and when I checked in, the lock didn't work. I had to call the front desk, and staff seemed confused when I explained the door was faulty. The towels they provided were all stained. Laundry was awful too: two of the three machines were broken with no notice, so you could waste money trying them. Staff didn't care when I told them and weren't apologetic. Breakfast was provided, but it was so bad they might as well not have offered it.
