The rooms are big and the price is good, with facilities inside, and driving around at night was easy despite the remote location. The service at check-in was poor, though. The staff member asked for my name, said she'd asked several times already, and then made me spell it out. I even showed her my booking app and card with my name on them. Was her English really that bad? She also said my car was too big for the parking spaces and told me to park outside by the plants behind the motel units. There was space outside the lift lobby, but I wasn't allowed to park there. Is that space just for staff motorbikes? If bad service bothers you, don't consider this place.

The staff made us feel like old friends. When we headed out in the cold, the front desk reminded us to dress warmly and be careful, and the kitchen staff greeted us so warmly at breakfast. The meal was good, too. The location is fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. For the price, having a jacuzzi and steam room is a great deal. The staff are attentive to every guest, and it feels perfect for a family trip. 😂 I'll definitely come back next time!

The kitchen staff were so kind. I asked whether the milk tea had creamer because I'm allergic, and she confirmed it did, but offered to make fresh milk tea for me. I was really touched, thank you! Breakfast was delicious. The spacious room had a large bathtub for a relaxing soak, and having hot water in the room was very convenient.

The room looked clean, but the outdated decor and amenities still had a serious effect on my stay.

The room was roomy and comfortable overall after the business room was upgraded for free following renovation. The air conditioning had some trouble cooling quickly. Having to hand in the room key every time I entered or left felt a little strange.
