Even after I checked out, they drove me to Kenting instead of having me take the bus as I’d planned. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, from reception to the cleaning lady. The room was amazing and clean, with a beautiful view, and I loved the tub looking out at the ocean. I’ll definitely come back!

After two nights camping and driving in the sun, my girlfriend and I were exhausted by check-in. My booking had been confirmed and paid for, and I’d asked in the special requests whether a jacuzzi room might be possible, while understanding it wasn’t guaranteed. They told us the reservation had been cancelled because they couldn’t provide a jacuzzi. I think they were overbooked and used that as an excuse. They hadn’t contacted me beforehand. What they offered instead was a first-floor family room for four, with no view and nothing like the pictures, for 600 ntd more. They cancelled my booking, didn’t tell me, then wanted extra money. The driveway also felt really sketchy and a bit dangerous. Nanwan is farther away than it looks on Google, and there isn’t a convenient crosswalk nearby. Other reviews also say the rooms don’t look like the pictures. Don’t count on getting a jacuzzi or a view, and expect the place to be a LOT older than the photos. I wouldn’t book online. Ask to see the room before paying. Edit: The owner’s reply is lying. The third-party app did not cancel my reservation. They told me the request might not be met, and I knew I couldn’t cancel if that happened. trips.com wouldn’t cancel and lose money. If the third party had cancelled, they would have informed me, unlike the hotel. Why lie? Just apologize and offer a discount.

The property is on a slope in Nanwan (Nan Wan), and the surrounding area was clean. Parking was ample, and breakfast is available when you book a room. Our room was huge, even for two people, with a good sea view because we booked one facing the sea. It had a regular toilet and shower room, plus a separate hot bathtub beside it. Fantastic place!

We considered renting a scooter through the hotel, but the price seemed high, so we found a cheaper rental place farther into town. Getting there was easy, though, since it’s right by a bus stop, and getting into town was convenient too. It was near a beach, and our room had a great ocean view. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was hot water in the shower but none in the bathtub, which was odd.
