My dad and I were stranded in Yilan because of train problems, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive even late in the evening. That made the stay much more pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located, and our room was spacious and clean, with good value for money. I loved the Dyson hair dryer. There was no elevator, and the building showed its age. Still, it was a comfortable, affordable stay with excellent service.

The host was really nice and responsive, and suggested places and food to try. We were near luo dong night market, with a couple of breakfast stalls open nearby. There's a parking lot in front of the building. Our kids' room was spacious and clean, with a slide, a bucket for bathing, and kids' toothbrushes. Such thoughtful extras. The pantry also had free drinks, snacks, coffee, and tea, plus a water dispenser.

The boss messaged us the day before we arrived and was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. They were always efficient with everything. The room was big and very clean, and even had tea and snacks waiting for us. This homestay-style hotel was amazing. I'd definitely stay again!

Being close to Luodong train station made getting around easy, and the price was a real bargain. The guesthouse was clean and nicely furnished, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the station.
