The room was roomy enough, though some of the facilities looked old. They still worked, and gave the place a bit of an antique feel. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was impressive. I especially enjoyed the Chinese dishes. For the experience overall, the bill felt worthwhile.

The bed was comfortable and the room was actually quite nice. It’s not as modern as newer hotels, but it has some charm and is a good budget option. You can walk to the train station in a few minutes, and there are lots of places to eat along the streets. It has what you need, including a fan to dry clothes, Taiwanese breakfast, and some bread.

The hotel has a distinctive traditional Chinese feel. The rooms are somewhat dark and old, and shampoo and body wash come in packets, which is inconvenient. Breakfast is acceptable, but the beds aren’t the best.

It’s a bit dated but clean, and the breakfast is simple. There’s no heater in the room, and the hot water takes a while. Free parking and friendly staff are the main pluses.

The location is the only reason I’d consider staying here. The wifi is worse than terrible, and breakfast is unappealing.
