W3 Hostel

The place looks like someone has put real effort into how it appears online, but the management and cleaning let it down badly. The staff were rude, incompetent, and seemingly uninterested in guests beyond taking their money, which is awful for a hostel. I tried for two days to get a response through the booking platform. The only message came at exactly 4pm, check-in time, and gave me the door code. I had no Wi-Fi, so I had to find a cafe just to get online before I could enter. The bathroom was the worst, though the dirt was everywhere. Surfaces had mould, dust, grime, and splashes of something I hoped was water. Some spots looked cleaned, but most seemed untouched for months. I never saw a cleaner during my three days there. Even my pod had old used earbuds and tissues inside, plus grime on the walls. It made me wish I could sleep somewhere else. This hostel could have had promise with even a somewhat capable manager, but I was completely disappointed. I can't recommend staying here, even for one night. Pay more and go elsewhere, you'll be better off.
