YENJIM Motel

It's less than a ten-minute walk from the station, and the room is huge, around 1,000 square feet. But about a quarter of it is taken up by plants and stone. There were lots of mosquitoes in the lift. I reported them to staff and they got it fixed. The TV is too small and too far from the bed to watch comfortably, and the remote was too far away to use. The room control couldn't operate the TV, even with the TV button. The ceiling rain shower was broken, with water leaking from the ceiling instead of the shower head. The bathroom lighting was insufficient, and the Jacuzzi massage function didn't work well. The steam or sauna function wasn't working either.

The worst problem was the garage key. Each room having its own garage sounded convenient, but they didn't give us a key, so whenever we went out we had to ask a staff member to open it. Really inconvenient. Check-in was a mess too. Agoda said 4pm, but when we got to the hotel the staff first said 5:30pm, then said we couldn't check in until 6pm. I was completely dumbfounded. If the property is still using Agoda for bookings, shouldn't its official details match the platform and be clear? The room was barely clean, with mould and rust on the sink and other fixtures. After taking our money, they left two bottles of water. When we asked for more, they told us to boil tap water and drink it. Do they think Taiwan is Japan? That shows such a lack of health awareness. There was random noise at night. The AC slammed and rattled when turned on, the lighting was dim, and the slippers were incredibly hard to wear. Absolutely awful 👎💢💢‼🙄
