In the morning, sipping red oolong tea and eating bread baked in the oven while looking at the mountain mist across the way, that's the taste of Luye Highland in Taitung!

Breakfast was just a standard sandwich with milk tea, and there was no choice. The room was old, though clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Luye Highland, and cars pass along the back road, so take care.

The owners are very friendly, and the beds are clean and comfortable. It's about a five-minute walk or a two-minute bike ride to the hot air balloon venue. Highly recommended.

We stayed three days and two nights for the hot air balloon event. The room was clean, and our double room had a large bed. There were washing machines and laundry areas both indoors and outside, and the owner was very helpful when unexpected problems came up. Breakfast was generous and served at 7:00 AM. The route to Luye Plateau is clearly signposted: leave the B&B, turn left, and walk up a short, gentle slope for 10-15 minutes to the Luye Plateau hot air balloon venue. I'll definitely visit again! #SafeB&B

The owners were friendly and helpful, and even provided a shuttle to and from the train station. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was generous. Highly recommended!
