The owner was patient and considerate, even though I kept asking for help. Thanks so much for all the thoughtful arrangements, brother! I booked the guesthouse and plane tickets well ahead, and he also arranged a canoe experience 🛶. I'll recommend Ouhaiyou again when I come back! 👍👍👍

The place is a short ride from Shanshui Beach. On our last night, we realized it only took about four minutes by scooter to reach the shore and listen to the waves under the stars. It was a lovely way to unwind before heading home. Throughout the trip, the boss made us feel so well looked after: he arranged our plane and ferry tickets, itinerary, and transport, then even helped us rent a scooter at short notice and had the shop deliver it to the guesthouse, so we didn't need to go into town. He also bought breakfast for us, shared little snacks, and offered airport rides both ways. Thanks for being so thoughtful 🙏

We had a really comfortable night. The guesthouse was clean, pretty, and cozy, and the husband and wife who own it were so friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, too. Excellent value, highly recommend! 👍🏻

We were a family group of 19, staying July 14-17. Thanks to the boss and hostess for arranging our return flights, package activities, car rental, and barbecue. The package included small-tube fishing and a day trip to the East China Sea. My wife and I saved so much time in a place we didn't know, and could just enjoy the vacation with our family. Ouhiyou Hotel is quiet and clean, and every room has its own animation theme. The kids loved that, and so did the adults. You can tell this B&B is run with care. The living room sound system was great, and the soundproofing was good enough that we didn't disturb tenants in the next building. The catch is, you have to book the whole building! We spent the days visiting attractions, then drank and sang at night. Turns out a 50-year-old man's life can be that simple, haha. After we got back to Taiwan, my wife and I decided we'd stay at Ouhiyou Hotel next time we visit Penghu. On that trip, we'd like to take it easy, sleep until we wake naturally, find local food, and live like locals. We'll ask the boss and hostess for more local snacks and hidden attractions then.
