The room was tidy, clean, and really cozy 🥺. The landlady was so friendly. I’d definitely recommend her place! 💗💗💗

I had a pleasant stay, though next time I’m in Penghu I’d like to try a different B&B or hotel. A few things I noticed: Room 101 is quite small, has no bathtub, and doesn’t block much noise. The eco-friendly towels are very thin. The entrance has an elevator but isn’t wheelchair accessible, and the first floor has a shared toilet, a large shared fridge, and a water dispenser. The lobby looks nice and smells pleasant. They sell local souvenirs, rent new Kymco Jinhao 125 motorcycles with child-sized helmets, and have motorcycle parking. The B&B also partners with Zunhong Travel Agency.

I picked this place because my brother-in-law and his family always stay with this owner when they come to Penghu. 😁 Since it was my first flight and my first trip to Penghu, I had loads of questions and sometimes repeated myself, but the owner and his wife answered patiently every time. He was friendly, and she was especially patient. The room was clean and spacious, with a bathtub the kids could play in. There’s an open-air balcony for smoking, and the area is quiet with good air. A 7-11 and self-service showers are both about a 2-3 minute bike ride away. The downside for me was the distance from the city center, about a 10-minute ride, though I’m a bit lazy. They have several guesthouse locations, so I might try another building next time. The warm service, affordable price, and good room and facilities make this an easy recommendation.

The bed felt just right and the air conditioning is powerful. The TV reception was poor, and the quilt was too small for two people, so we ended up competing for it. An extra one costs more.
