I hadn't planned anything beyond picking a hotel at random, but this place turned out to be such a good find. The atmosphere was amazing and the interior was lovely. My friends and I got dressed up and took lots of pictures in the room before going out! 😍

The staff were friendly and gave me lots of useful tips and tourist recommendations. As a first-time visitor who didn't know what I was doing, I really appreciated that, along with the convenient airport shuttle. We also had a car rental shop next door and rented a scooter for two days. It was affordable and made getting around to the sights easy. From the hotel, the harbor isn't far, and it's about a ten-minute walk from Nanhai Visitor Center to the boat for Qimei Wangan, with fishing boats to look at along the way. They let us store our bags before check-in and after checkout, which was very handy and thoughtful. Our double room, 505, was small but had what we needed. The bed and pillows were soft, so I slept very well. It's a good value hotel overall. My one complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal was weak.
