A nice place with friendly, helpful staff. It would be handy if check-in could start earlier, around 1 or 2 pm, when possible.

The front desk service was great, and the room was a decent size with strong Wi-Fi. It's by the main pier, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was packed with options, and I especially liked the salads and fruit.

(Updated 2024/2/10) I had a great stay at this hotel during the Moon Festival holidays. The room was roomy, clean, quiet, and cozy enough that I fell asleep right after my bath. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, and most of it was delicious. The location is lively and convenient. Pier 3 shopping mall, Pxmart, and 7-11 are all within a ten-minute walk. Being close to the pier also meant lovely sea and night views. You can rent a bicycle at the hotel to visit nearby places, which is handy. I'd just check that the bike is in good shape before setting off.

The airport rides made things really easy, with a pickup on arrival and a drop-off after checkout. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome too.

We went in the off season, so it cost a fraction of the “5 star” place across the street. The beds were comfy, the food was great, and there was a pool looking out over the ocean. Inside, it had marble floors, solid wood doors, and rain showers. The Penghu breakfast felt authentic and was absolutely worth the trip. If you don't know Chinese, learn how to say help and thank you and you'll be just fine.
