During my first quarantine, I found the staff friendly and helpful, which made isolation a bit easier. The location is really convenient, right in central Nantou City with food and local spots easy to reach once you’re out. My room was clean, though it felt old and a little musty. It’s a simple, affordable place rather than a fancy one, but it does the job.

As a foreigner who came here for quarantine, I’d suggest staying here. The room was tidy and clean, even though the hotel is old. The customer service was especially good, friendly and helpful, and they answered questions 24/7 through Line Apps. I didn’t mind the slow WiFi as long as I had my own mobile connection. Nice.

The staff are reasonably friendly, and the newly renovated rooms are fantastic. If you get one of the older rooms, it feels much more like the 90s, though everything is very clean. Still recommended.
