The hotpot tasted good and felt worth the price, though I thought they served too much cabbage. Service was generally friendly and good. I loved the building's decor and the room's wood cabin feel, but the bathroom let it down. Ventilation wasn't enough to cool the room, so they provided a fan to improve the airflow. It worked, though it took away a little from the wood feel.

The room views were breathtaking, and a well-kept boardwalk runs all the way down to the foot of the hill. The owner also runs a hotpot restaurant, and the food was VERY good. They even provide free pickup and drop-off to major attractions, which made things so convenient. My family was pleasantly surprised. Strongly recommended!

The front desk staff were especially helpful and friendly. Our room was very large and clean, and the food was great, particularly the hotpot. A great place to stay in Nantou.

Staying at this inn was comfortable and relaxing, especially in cool weather. But one staff member asked me to pay again even though I'd already paid through a third party, and that left me with a bad feeling. Some of the staff weren't friendly either, despite the high cost. They have several hotpot options, but those are a little expensive too. With that experience, I may choose somewhere else if I have the option. I really felt awful about it!!!!!
