Banciaoking Hotel

Check-in was smooth, which was the only good part. My room hadn't been cleaned properly before I arrived, and there was an old cigarette on the floor. It smelled mildewy, the towels had holes, and the walls were nasty. The whole room gave me cockroach vibes. It was the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in.

I would've checked out right away if Ximending hadn't had no rooms available. The place smelled bad, was old and dirty, and the ceiling was covered in black mould. How is this a 2 star hotel? I've never stayed somewhere in such bad condition.

I booked through Agoda and told them about my issues. I was amazed that their response was that Black Mould is not harmful to ur health. I see that differently, and you'd think they'd focus on the fact the Black Mould shouldn't have been there in the first place. The hotel itself was, without doubt, the worst. There was black mould on the walls, and the room was dusty, dirty, and smelly. A large amount of water sat in the hallway with nobody attending to it, so I had to walk through it to reach the room and lift. Never again. This is a 1 star hotel, not 3.

The application advertised free breakfast, but when I arrived they said there was no restaurant. There was no bathtub either, so I was very disappointed.
