We were very disappointed. The ceiling leaked into a large puddle on the floor, and the tap didn’t work. The room smelled of smoke and wasn’t clean, with cigarette ashes and betelnut on the floor. It stayed cold even with the heat on, and many items were damaged, broken, or worn out.

The staff tried hard to make us comfortable and were very accommodating, but the stay was still disappointing. Our room wasn’t ready until several hours after check-in, and the pool needed refilling, so it wasn’t really usable until morning.
