The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but the stay itself was a 10/10 and great value for money. Our spotless room was in perfect condition, with a jacuzzi and sauna. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and we got complimentary snacks. Breakfast was included and delicious. Service was excellent. Before arrival we asked about upgrading our room, and the communication was quick and very helpful. I’d highly recommend it to friends or couples.

The staff were very friendly and professional during our two-night stay in a deluxe twin room. The hotel is on the city side, near an MRT station, but far from Taipei city center. When we arrived, staff told us we had to check out at 12 noon and check in again at 7 night, even though we’d booked two nights. They said they’d sent notice by message, but it was in Chinese, so we couldn’t understand it. We declined that arrangement, and fortunately they accepted. I’d suggest confirming the details before booking, since it might be different for other guests.

There are lots of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, and MRT access is easy too. It’s near Providence University. The room was comfortable, the AC worked well, and we had no water problems. Breakfast has a very good spread with plenty of options. My only complaint is the entertainment system. There are plenty of A/V movies from Japan and the West, but in the regular movie section most of what I came across were corny British B movies.
