The rooms and location are pretty average for a budget hotel, and the customer service is almost nonexistent. This company seems to find excuses to charge you more. Don't fall for the cash-only special rate scam. Trust the reviews and go somewhere better. This hotel isn't worth it.

Absolutely terrible. I've stayed here several times, and there's always been someone visiting. They never mention a fee ahead of time, then charge a visitor fee afterward. We book a double room, one person stays, and the other leaves without staying overnight. Why charge a visitor fee for that? I've never had this issue before. They say the policy has always been like this and the owner hasn't changed, so why is the staff giving different information?

There aren't even chairs for customers to rest on among all the flowerpots cluttering the first floor. The soundproofing is poor. When I was cleaning the room late at night, the hairdryer shut off after just 10 seconds. The bathroom flooded badly after only a minute in the shower. The mirror faces the bed, and the bedside lamp's faulty connection made it flicker constantly.

The location was decent, but the service and cleanliness were awful. They put us in a room that didn't match our online booking at all, then insisted the pictures should be used as a reference. It was awful.
