For the price, I was pleasantly surprised, especially arriving on a Saturday evening. They’re clearly working hard to establish themselves. Don’t judge by appearances, they’ve got things handled. The front desk staff spoke English and gave clear directions. My room was a decent size, with clean bedding and towels, and the shower had the necessary amenities. I slept well, and breakfast was very good. They definitely added to my experience. A great stay.

The staff member was polite, but seemed unsure how customer service should work. Our room had two queen beds, with old sheets and hair on one of them. The toilet had a sanitation band on it, even though there was a clear brown stain on the seat cover. The place was dirty, smelly, and old. The whole hotel needs renovating, and the price should reflect its age.

The location is great for getting around. Sogo department store and a parking lot are three minutes away, and another shopping center is only a minute away. Ping Tung park and the art museum are just across the road. It’s a six-minute walk to the night market, then another five minutes to the train station. The rooms were clean, some had recently been refurbished, and the staff were nice.

The breakfast was good, but the air conditioner brought in cigarette smells. Water pressure was very low, and at night there was a strange noise coming from above the bathroom.
