We visited in February, before Chinese New Year, when it was quiet, which was ideal. The hotel and service were great, and there's a large activity area the kids must love. The most disappointing part was the pool, which was chilly with no heating, and the jacuzzi, which wasn't working or heated.

The view was breathtaking, and the shuttle made it easy to get around to attractions, which is really useful at Qing Jing. Our room was clean, cozy, and nice, and the staff were super friendly with outstanding service. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

After hiking, this is a good place to unwind if you're not expecting exciting food. The location has a lot of potential, and the staff really do try. But at a premium price, the details matter. Better premium service and more thought put into the drink and food choices could make it a truly excellent place.

The outdoor tables were lovely for tea and breakfast, and the room was cozy and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous, the champagne was good, and with food, drinks, and amenities available all the time, the price felt worthwhile. The staff were so warm and friendly. We don't speak much Mandarin, but they went out of their way to help us settle in. I'd stay again 👍🏻

The food and service sucked. Reception staff had poor communication skills and handled a midnight crisis badly. There was actually no one at the front desk after 10 pm. The rooms were overpriced and had no view, just a construction site, and the walls were thin. The swimming pool only looks great in pictures. This so-called homily hotel wasn't relaxing at all, and the stay was a waste of time. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend it.
