Dinner was a real highlight. It looked beautifully presented, tasted great, and felt thoughtfully prepared as a healthy meal. Even the rice stood out as the best we've ever had. The host was so warm and attentive. Since my family isn't used to the cold, she brought us extra blankets. From our spacious room we had lovely sunset and sunrise views, and breakfast with coffee at the high table overlooking the scenery felt like a treat. The internet was fast, and there were plenty of outlets for all our devices. Qingjing sheep farm is nearby and easy to reach by public bus.

The vegetarian food was so tasty that I came back just to eat again. It's healthy and has that home-cooked feel. Definitely recommend it. Reserve a table through their LINE account on the website.

Getting around takes some planning. Buses are infrequent and stop running in the afternoon, and walking along the busy road didn't feel safe, so a car or scooter would help. The owner gave me that advice, along with tips on trips and tours. I followed her suggestion to try stargazing, and it was fantastic: the guide showed me the constellations and took a special long-exposure photo of me with the stars. The owner was really friendly and happy to chat in English. I loved the vegetarian breakfast and dinner, especially the egg and tofu. My room was simple but clean, with a great bed and a stunning view, and the wider scenery was breathtaking. I'd happily stay again someday.

A homey guesthouse with a really good vegetarian restaurant. There are several room types, and the grounds have nice spots for taking in the mountain views. The towels being single-use was a downside, and light sleepers may find the soundproofing insufficient. Still, a great stay for vegan and vegetarian guests.

The guesthouse looks out over a lovely view and feels very homey. The owner was friendly and helpful, with detailed directions for getting around and using the facilities. If you're vegetarian and staying in Qingjing, this place is hard to miss.
