The scenery outside is beautiful, and there’s parking and an elevator, but the stay had several letdowns. We were in a four-person room for two nights with family. It had paper cups and four green tea bags, but no coffee packets. The trash wasn't cleared and the towels weren't changed the next day. We forgot to remind them and didn't ask. The bathroom felt dated. There was no separate shower area or bidet toilet, and the defogger mirror was broken. The floor got very slippery after a shower, so take care. There was no refrigerator in the room, and ants were a problem. By morning, they were crawling over the leftover cut fruit. Breakfast was simple and unappetizing. The main choices were porridge and white toast, plus one stir-fried vegetable and egg dish. The rest was canned sauces. There was no milk, juice, black tea, or soy milk. The three push-button drink machines made very sweet drinks that nobody in my family liked. Coffee came from an old-fashioned machine with separate containers for creamer and sugar. Room service was poor and the staff seemed indifferent. I hope the resort improves the facilities, breakfast, and cleaning, while keeping staff enthusiastic and friendly, so the service matches the lovely view.
