The room was new, tidy, and spacious for eight people, and we stayed in the pet-friendly room. There's a tunnel in the pantry that works well for friends and family. Still, the price didn't feel in line with what was provided. Service was just okay. Like other reviewers mentioned, the staff seemed poorly trained, and we had to wait for simple answers to questions. Several times there was nobody in the dining area, and dishes weren't refilled often even though it was still early and service hadn't ended. Many activities need advance reservations, so it's better to book when you check in. But if you're hoping for a full-service resort, what can you do when everything's already booked? Indoor yoga, for example, had a limit of 10 people and only one session. There's not much to do in Fenglin, which is why I chose CHU Resort. After staying there, I kept wondering why I came.

I joined a three-day yoga retreat, and the mentors were really good. There were only a few of us, which made the group feel warm and intimate. It was better than I'd hoped. The buffet had lots of variety, with plenty of meat and vegetables, and the accommodation was very comfortable. I'd truly recommend this resort for a getaway.

The scenery and atmosphere feel unreal, especially in the cool weather. The resort sits in a peaceful part of the island, and the rooms are clean with amenities available. The food and service could use some improvement.

This was our second stay here, two nights with my family. The kids enjoyed it just as much as before. The room was clean and nicely designed, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. We'll definitely come back.

We came to Taiwan mainly to visit this place, and it lived up to what we hoped for. The staff were really friendly, and the spacious rooms felt peaceful with only nature sounds around us. There's plenty to do on site, and the food choices were delicious. The high-quality buffet was the best we've ever seen. We regret not booking a longer stay. We don't want to leave!
