The pool was a nice way for both adults and kids to cool off, and the hostess's roselle tea was so delicious. It was our first homestay, and my kids loved it. The owners and hostesses were very welcoming. Although they couldn't serve meals during the pandemic, they proactively offered tasty meals and fun private attractions, so we could avoid crowds and reduce the risk of gatherings. We had a relaxing, slow-paced three days and two nights. My two kids even asked me to give it five stars.

The kids had a blast in the large wading pool, while the elders sat nearby chatting over tea. We stayed as a family and checked in on August 16th. Our room was clean and spacious, and the barbecue area had all the equipment we needed, including stoves, pots, and seasonings. The owner was helpful with lots of food and travel information. This was the best and most affordable guesthouse we've stayed in. We're already planning next year's trip and will book with the owner as soon as we can!

The kitchen, pool, and lawn made it comfortable to stay in without going anywhere. The shower was spacious and clean, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Sitting in the rocking chairs or hammocks under the big trees was so relaxing. The owners were friendly and attentive. This place works well for family trips, friend get-togethers, or a small group renting the whole villa. Villa bookings are available for 2/4/4/6 people, with four rooms all the same size. They provide their own dragon fruit for guests, and the barbecue area is stocked with pots, bowls, plates, seasonings, and more. The pool was clean, and they change the water whenever a new tenant arrives. The room was also nice and clean. I'd been worried about being disappointed after booking based on online photos, but it turned out well. The owner and his wife were very friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful. The price for the whole room was reasonable too. I'll choose this place again when I come to Hualien.
