The area is peaceful, with a small community around the hot spring, and the room was roomy like the pictures. The staff were polite and friendly despite the language gap. Breakfast was tasty and so generous that two of us could barely finish it, though its oily style wasn't familiar to us as Vietnamese guests. Credit cards are accepted. Our main problems were the noise and upkeep. Construction right outside our door was loud, stopping around 17:00 and starting again at about 10:00 the next day. The place feels a bit dated, and the shower area could use a better clean. Staff couldn't communicate in English and didn't try a translation tool. I understand it's a remote area with more domestic visitors, but since it's a hot spring tourist spot and had our booking in advance, some preparation would've helped.

The tubs are amazing, and the place was clean and comfortable for our family. It is quite a drive to get there, though. Recommended!

The outside view is lovely, and having hot water for a shower in the room made the stay comfortable. I liked how clean the room was. The hot pot dinner could be fresher, especially the vegetables.
