The rooms are compact, but clean, quiet, and laid out efficiently. I appreciated the free parking on site, and breakfast was decent with a good range of choices. The hotel is in a quiet spot for a restful night, yet Fengchia Night Market is only an easy 850m walk away, with hundreds of food and drink options within walking distance. The city centre is a 15-minute ride away. Holiday Inn Express Fengchia made for a solid, stress-free stay in Taichung.

What stood out most was how kindly the team handled a difficult situation. My dad had a medical emergency, and we needed to check out a day early. The receptionist and other staff were understanding and supportive, guided us through the arrangements, and communicated with real care. We're deeply grateful for their kindness. The hotel itself is very clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms, a gym, and convenient self-service laundry. Breakfast had a delicious variety, and Feng Chia Night Market is just a short walk away. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for both the facilities and the service.

The laundry room was lovely, beautifully decorated and air-conditioned. I stayed for two nights, and all the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, and I had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean, though they didn't provide amenities. The location is handy too, about a 10-minute walk from the night market.

The rooms were super clean every day, and breakfast surprised me with a different selection each morning. The location is also hard to beat, very close to the night market.
