The location is very good, with plenty of parking, and the staff were efficient and tried to sort out the problems I raised. But the cleanliness of our room and toilet was completely unacceptable. Since we were only there for two nights, I didn't ask to move rooms. When I requested extra pillows, they said the hotel was fully booked. For a place that's supposed to be four-star, it didn't meet the standard.

We booked two single beds but were given a queen instead. When we reported the mismatch, the staff wouldn't change our room because the toilet had already been used. That was an unreasonable and unprofessional way to handle the complaint. I asked to speak with the manager, but Ella said I could only leave a note on the feedback form in the room for someone to review later. The customer service was disappointing.

The second-floor restaurant made our two-day stay memorable. Breakfast offered a great range of authentic Chinese-style dishes, and the waitress service was excellent. The staff were cordial and the seating was comfortable. It went beyond what I expected.

The main drawback for me was breakfast: the choices could be broader, and the food wasn't very good. I'd rather pay for something better down the street. The hotel itself is in a great spot, just a short walk from the famous night market. It's set back from the main road, so there was no traffic noise and it stayed quiet. Our room was spacious, clean, and organized, with easy access and wheelchair-friendly features. The lobby had plenty of comfortable sofas, restrooms, and a pantry with free coffee and tea. The staff were friendly too.
