Norwegian Forest Leisure Motel

The four-person family room was spacious, with a large bathroom, a big vanity counter, a jacuzzi tub, and a heated toilet seat. I was surprised to find a curled hair clip among the vanity accessories. There were no hangers, and you have to call reception to adjust the air conditioning. Don’t expect much from breakfast, but it’s still a good place to stay.

The staff were attentive and very helpful during my couple of nights here. I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

For 6000 nt a night, I felt everything about this place was set up for people with the lowest expectations. The “luxury suite” was poorly designed, and they wouldn’t offer us another room. Service was poor, pushy, and showed no care for how customers felt. The amenities and cheap equipment were worn out, wobbly, and tired. The room wasn’t clean, and I had to ask for the maid to come back and clean it. They charged extra because there were three of us instead of two, even though we didn’t ask for anything additional in the room. The refreshments were cheap and low quality. Don’t waste your money. The management’s reply below is poor too.

We had a spacious, tidy family room with three beds. The main bed was soft, while the bunk bed was hard but roomy. There was also a tub and a small TV, which was nice for relaxing. The staff were kind and willing to help. I’d definitely stay here again.
