Spring's Rhapsody Hotel

The staff are really friendly, and the two bedroom suite is amazing when you’re traveling with kids. You won’t find a hotel room like it in the west district. Most places put two beds in one room, but here the kids can nap in a separate room while parents talk and pack without waking them.

I love how roomy and well designed the room is. It’s comfortable for several people without everyone getting in each other’s way. There’s plenty of walking space around the bed, a long counter table for putting things down or getting ready, and just cozy stools instead of chunky chairs in the way. There’s also a lighted makeup mirror. The sink, shower, and toilet are separated, with enough space around them, and there’s a nice walkway outside the toilet where you can leave luggage or sit to put on your shoes. The bed is comfy, the temperature was right, and the room service was on point over our three nights, replacing the towels with clean ones each time. Staff were friendly and gave us lots of guidance. The body, hair, and hand soap were good. The toilet has a bidet and a warm seat. Toothbrushes and toothpaste haven’t been provided since 2025 because of government guidance on single-use products. Breakfast is available from 7am to 10am, with lots of options, so it’s easy to head straight out for tourist activities. There’s also a really good local soy milk and Taiwanese breakfast shop just a three-minute walk away. The TV is easy to use for YouTube, Netflix, and other services. There are generous free snacks like hello panda and pocky, plus canned and packet drinks in the fridge, though those are mainly useful if you snack or have kids. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness.

The room was quiet and spotless, so I could really relax. What stood out most, though, was the reception team. They were so welcoming and helpful that both check-in and check-out were easy. I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel itself was decent, but the way management handled payment was not. We booked through Booking and were told the card hadn’t been charged yet, even though the deduction was already showing. They said they’d refund it, so we paid upfront too, but the money never came back. I feel like we were scammed. Never again.
