Anping Pet Island

We booked the whole building for the family this time, and the five kids had a great time playing there. It was a comfortable stay. The owner was so warm and attentive, even switching on the air conditioning as soon as we arrived. Definitely a great choice for families! 👍

The Google Maps pin is off, so you have to go a bit farther in. The room’s facilities are a little old, but it’s comfortable to stay there. Renting the whole house for the family to be together is a pretty good option.

I came along to stay at this guesthouse after a friend booked it. I wasn’t the contact person. They call the grill “professional,” but I wonder if that was just a random comment from someone who had nothing else to say. We booked the whole building because we were checking in very late, yet the owner wanted payment right away, not even a few minutes later. What was the rush? We went to our rooms to shower and found the water pressure was too weak, wasting everyone’s time. Then we were told to turn on the pump, and the water wouldn’t come on for another 25 minutes. None of the rooms had a TV, which I’ve never encountered before. The two third-floor rooms had no private bathrooms, so you had to share one outside, like in a shared room. There wasn’t even a hairdryer, so we had to borrow one from the next room. Where did the five-star review come from? Was it just someone’s comment? The giant toast-shaped doll on the first floor was filthy, and I didn’t dare touch it. I won’t even get into the other things. If they can’t manage the big picture, how can they handle the small details? The price for the whole building didn’t include breakfast. Do they think they’re in the city center? The air conditioning wasn’t cold at all, and the remote was hard to use. I pressed it many times and it didn’t respond. Maybe it had no power or the button was faulty. After running it for three hours, the room felt even warmer. I have nothing more to say. To the owner: “Can you manage this seriously? If not, you can close down.”

The owner was really welcoming and chatted with us. They even provided a high-end barbecue grill, which made for a great experience. The room was very clean, and the living room’s high ceiling made the whole place brighter. I’ll definitely come back next time! 👍👍👍
