We were very happy with our family stay, and the staff were a big help. There are excellent amenities for children, so it’s a good choice with young kids. The rooms could use more attention to maintenance, especially cleanliness.

The kids loved this place, and it’s quite central, but I’d rate it 2.5/5 overall because hygiene fell short. The bedding smelled a bit, and I wasn’t sure the toys and slides had been sanitized well. We chose it after seeing it on Xiao hong Shu, since we were traveling with two toddlers. The facilities impressed me, and there were plenty of in-room toys to keep them occupied. Still, from check-in until checkout we never saw anyone at reception. We handled everything through Line messages, and there was only one access key card. If hygiene isn’t a big concern for you, it could work well for a family.

The kids had such a good time in the room that they didn’t want to leave when our trip was over. They especially enjoyed the electronic car and trampoline. The room was clean, the service friendly, and the bathtub was pretty fancy. We’re traveling in Tainan and had fun here.

Communication was quick and easy. The owner realized I didn’t have Line, so she downloaded WhatsApp right then so we could stay in touch in case I needed help. She was really friendly and helpful.

A good spot for families, especially those with very young kids. We did have some room issues: the air conditioner in our first room leaked a lot of water, and the toilet bowl in the replacement had ugly stains. The staff handled it well, though, and gave us a free room upgrade.
