The hosts were what stood out most, so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The location also made it really easy to explore the area. Each apartment has its own bathroom, fridge, terrace, and washing machine, which made for a comfortable, independent stay. Downstairs there's a spacious shared kitchen with everything needed to cook. I highly recommend the place.

The kids were happiest in the basement, with a Switch, board games, a big projector, and Netflix. Evenings felt relaxed: they could head to their rooms when tired while the adults kept chatting and eating. I also loved the big island kitchen on the first floor. It made me wish my own home looked like that. There was an IH stove, oven, and rice cooker, though we didn't have time to cook. The location was convenient, close to the Confucius Temple, Guohua Street, and Baoan Road. We'd bring Tainan food back at night, gather around the big table, and eat and talk while the kids played nearby and the adults relaxed with drinks. Looking back, what I remember most isn't sightseeing, but getting everyone together and seeing how happy and relaxed they were. Our family of 10 rented the whole guesthouse for this Tainan trip, and it really impressed us. We travel together often and can be picky, especially when elders and kids are along. Parking right by the door and in the garage made handling all our luggage much easier. Ground-floor rooms were helpful for the older family members, and the elevator meant everyone could get upstairs easily without facing lots of stairs. Each room had its own bathroom and balcony, which also meant no shower queues or knocking to ask if someone was done. I'd definitely book the whole place at Zhenyu Zhenyu again.

The manager downstairs was so enthusiastic. They took lovely photos for us, kept checking whether we liked each shot or wanted more, and even printed them out. It really warmed my heart. I later left my jewelry in the lobby, and the housekeeper mailed it back without charging postage. Zhenyu made this Tainan trip feel lucky, and I hope others get to experience it too. I'll come back! ♥ The room's natural light and warm Japanese style won me over right away. The bathroom pressure was amazing, and hot water came immediately, with no wait. The elevator was another huge help for travelers with luggage. I was in Tainan with my best friend, and we really liked this B&B. The next day we overslept and checked out late. The B&B didn't bombard us with calls or messages, which was considerate, though we shouldn't be setting that example 🫣

The neighborhood was peaceful, and I could walk to Shennong Street as well as Tainan Literature Museum and Tainan Art Museum Building 1 and Tainan Art Museum Building 2 in about 10 minutes. The elevator was handy, too. I stayed in the "Entire Floor Exclusive" room on the 4th floor this time. It was clean and roomy, with lots of cozy touches and books about Tainan. I was so comfortable I stayed in all day. The owner was easy to contact about anything I needed and usually had it ready in advance. Really great service. A good place to stay makes a big difference to a trip, so I’d come back and might try another room type next time.
