L'arc Hotel

The staff were great, and most spoke very good English. They'd say “how can I help you?” and “yes, you can” instead of defaulting to “no.” Seven star service! The renewed kids' playroom was clean, and we had an amazing time. The pool was great, though it could use more sun protection. The hot weather isn't the hotel's fault. Dim sum was high quality, and the Beijing duck looked great. We'll try it tonight!

On my work trip, I appreciated having a larger gym, and this one was spotless, with dumbbells and plenty of machines. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The gym is spectacular.

The free snacks were a hit with my kids, both the all-day juice and crackers and the late-night snack that changed each evening. They also liked the good selection at breakfast. We could borrow electric bikes with front baskets for free to pick up food nearby, and the location was amazing. The play area was a bit small, and we didn't get to try the big event since it only runs on weekends. My only reason for giving four stars is the room: the shower head was dirty and there was mold in the shower.

Manager Huang made the buffet breakfast especially nice with excellent service and warm hosting. We stayed two nights over Lunar New Year, and the hotel was very nice and clean. I'd recommend it and would happily come back.
