I booked a double room but got upgraded to a larger one with two double beds, enough space for four people. The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice. The one improvement I’d suggest is adding a shower curtain, since otherwise the whole toilet floor gets wet.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt at ease during my stay. Laundry was excellent and the WiFi speed was good. Public transport was very convenient, and I’d stay here again. The soundproofing could be better, though. Hearing everyone talk was disturbing, even if it was still better than at many other hotels I visited in Taiwan.

Check-in was very strict, with Yuno exceptions, though that seems fairly standard in Taiwan. The hotel is dated and could use upgrades, but I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very firm and comfortable, just how I like it, and the shower pressure was excellent with fairly hot water. Those things mattered most to me, so I came away with a positive impression.

The building felt off, and even late at night there were strange people coming and going. Anti-drug posters in the elevator made me feel this wasn’t a safe place. The room was damp and run-down, the bathroom smelled strange, and there was no hand soap by the sink. Soundproofing was terrible: I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway, as if we were all living together, and the noise kept waking me up. I wouldn’t stay here.

It was gross and not very clean, and the photos were very deceiving. Everything felt like it was from the ’90s, and I could hear everything in the halls. Garbage hotel.
