I was there for a week and found the room comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The staff were excellent and made things easy for me as an English speaker. Many of Tainan’s attractions are close by. I’d definitely recommend Mori Hotel to other travelers.

The rooms felt like five-star hotel rooms, and the location is great. Service was fine, though there’s no pool or gym. For a short stay that wasn’t a problem, since there’s so much to do nearby. Highly recommended.

On our three-week trip back to Taiwan, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of great food and local sights like Anping Fort. A Tsai Beef Soup was one of our favorite beef soup shops in town. Customer service was outstanding, especially from the night crew and Mr. Chen. We’ll certainly return next time. 😀

The room was spectacular, and I slept really well. Mori Hotel’s lobby also had the best music playlist I could imagine. I liked how creative the room number designs were, and the staff were welcoming and polite, even bowing as they showed me to my room. The lobby’s design was clean and unique, unlike other similar hotels I’ve seen. Before I went in, I noticed greetings in lots of languages on the outside, which felt inclusive. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tainan.

The concierge was so friendly and kind. I accidentally left my purse in the room after checking out, and they returned it to me. It was a good experience staying here.
