The owner made me feel at home straight away, showing me around and sharing tips on places to visit nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was just as clean. After a long day out, the shower felt like a little spa treat. Mydeer Hostel is a wonderful place to stay in Tainan. One small thing to know is that you may need to call when you arrive to get inside if nobody is there. Everything else made for an amazing stay, and I can't recommend it enough.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I was running late for a dentist appointment, and he drove me there. He also put us in a room with just three people. The hostel has clean, spacious rooms and lovely common areas for relaxing. Highly recommend!

The location is great for finding street food, and Sam gave me some useful advice about where to look. When I arrived, he took the time to show me around the hostel and explain how the doors work, which I appreciated since many hostels don't do that. Sam and Ryan are easygoing, friendly, and genuinely interested in hearing about your travels around Tainan. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming that it's hard to tell at first who's staying and who's part of the staff.

The owner was friendly and got back to me incredibly quickly. Since I had my piano with me for busking, he even drove me to the museum in his own car. That was a huge favor, thanks so much. Highly recommended!

We had such a good time here that this was our second family trip to Tainan and our second stay. My kids love it because Uncle Sam plays games with them and shows them things to do. The staff are wonderful, and it feels like home. The location is really convenient, though parking is difficult, so come prepared. Highly recommend!
