The piglets were adorable, and kids would love the small pool on top. The farm is remote and has only a few animals, but the scenery is nice. The roads are hilly, so bring walking shoes. The restrooms were surprisingly clean, and it looks like some facilities have been renovated. Seems like a nice area for a relaxing day trip.
The owners are the sixth generation of the original settlers who built this place and grew longan fruit. Ask them about the 70-year-old longan oven, and stop at the cafe for coffee, tea, and other treats from the farm. It's a relaxed, luxurious farm B&B in the Tainan hills, with a pool, lots of room for kids to play, and breathtaking views for adults. Activities and lodging, including a cooking class about how the original settlers gave thanks, need to be booked ahead.
You do have to buy tickets, and there aren't many farm animals to see. Still, the sunset is beautiful and really peaceful.
The sunset is lovely, and there's plenty of room for kids to enjoy the small animals wandering around. We had a nice farm stay, with a clean, pleasant room.
The breakfast was pretty average, but this is a great place if you like being out in nature.
