Finding my room at night was a little difficult because I couldn’t make out the room numbers. I was on Level 7, and the area by the lift lobby, especially near the exhibition space, was quite dark with the lights off.

The location is great, but I wouldn't pick this place if you're after a cozy hotel. The room WiFi was a pain, slow and constantly losing signal. Staff were just okay, not especially friendly.

The shuttle bus was excellent, and the staff were attentive and helpful. It's also a clean place, with free water and little treats, which I appreciated. The room's layout was a bit unusual, though it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I wish it started a little earlier. I'd choose it again if the price were more affordable.

The location is good, but the service was awful. We booked well in advance, last November, and asked for a higher floor with a good view. The day before arrival they called us several times, pressuring us to accept a low floor and bad view. They ignored what we wanted and argued with us, even saying there'd be no room to move us. They seemed unwilling to address a reasonable request. The staff's service was disgusting.

The hotel is beside a mall, which makes the good location handy, and the room was a decent size. But it wasn't as clean as I expected. The bathroom had mold, and the floors looked as if they hadn't been mopped.
