We had a pleasant stay at a very reasonable price. The staff were super helpful and shared lots of suggestions for places to visit. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained, and the location made it easy to reach Tainan’s main attractions and good food.

Very friendly, and right in the middle of food heaven.

The first-floor lounge was beautifully decorated, and the soundproofing was excellent. Upstairs felt like another story: it was run-down, there was no elevator, the shower water was very cold, and the bed was awful. The pillows were hard to sleep on, the sheets were filthy, and I kept having an allergic reaction. I felt really unsettled there, though I can’t tell if that was just my imagination. I spent both nights sleeping on edge. In the middle of the night, I heard what seemed like the lights in my own room being switched on and off. It was terrifying. The soundproofing was so good that I didn’t think the noise could be coming from outside, and I couldn’t hear any other sounds at all. The stay was frightening.
