The service felt personal in a good way, and everything was done well without the over-the-top attention you get at bigger hotels. We loved the media lab and went back many times. Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. It’s in a good spot in Anping, and taking an Uber into the city was easy when we wanted to go farther. I’d definitely recommend it.

We booked that same night and the front desk team was so helpful, especially Jame. They were really welcoming to international guests and had no trouble speaking English. We loved the breakfast and the media lab, too. Such a great stay, and I’d recommend it to friends visiting Tainan.

The room was huge, with nice touches like leaf teas, and the included premium breakfast was a treat. I ordered the abalone congee and it was delicious. Check-in was smooth while we had the included afternoon tea, and staff took time to explain the facilities, including the teamlabs-like media room. It’s a good base for Anping, with the old street about a 10-minute walk away. Elegant place with great service.

Travelling with my 98-year-old mother-in-law was a challenge, especially finding a soft bed for her. Receptionists William and Jame went out of their way to help us with that. Lots of hotels feel luxurious, but that extra care is what made this one stand out. Thank you both.

My parents slept better here than anywhere else we stayed in Taiwan. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and we all enjoyed the cozy breakfasts and refreshing afternoon teas. We stayed at Xiuxu Hotel in October 2025, and from arrival through departure, every staff member greeted us and treated us with such kindness and helpfulness. I hope to return to Xiuxi Anping on my next trip to Tainan.
