What made the stay special was how caring the staff were. They noticed we’d gone out without asking for water and kindly brought some up. When it was raining and my wife had an umbrella, they also offered her a poncho. Mei, Sally, Sandy, Reese, Mandy, Steve, Andy and Karlotz!! Thank you all again for looking after us so thoughtfully. We stayed four nights at Ambience Hotel in Taiwan. We’ve been to many countries and stayed in lots of hotels, but this was one of our best experiences. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We left with wonderful memories and lots of appreciation. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei!

The location worked well for getting to dining spots on foot, and the MRT was about a 10-minute walk away. They also provided coffee, tea, candies, peanuts, water, and bottles of bubble soda. The staff were caring and very well mannered. When our local company requested halal breakfast at booking, they suggested a few vegetarian options. They also realized I would need a prayer mat and had already put a Quran, prayer mat, and prayer times in the room. I was really surprised and delighted.

The kind receptionist helped me get to the airport on time today, and I’m very grateful for his patience and professionalism. An airport bus unexpectedly passed the stop, so I hurried back to the hotel for help. He searched online for the next bus, then called a taxi when time was getting short. After waiting a while, I had to switch to Uber, and both cars seemed to arrive at once, which was confusing. Through all of it, he stayed calm, seemed genuinely concerned, and kept helping with a warm attitude. Best service I’ve experienced in Taipei!

The room was clean and well kept, with big, comfortable beds and pillows. Service was great too, and the staff greeted us whenever we walked past reception. The location is really convenient for walking around Zhongshan district. There are Family marts and 7-11 stores along the way, left and right, so it’s easy to pop in anytime.
