The location is close to Raohe Street Night Market, and I found the room price affordable. I stayed over New Year's Eve and could watch the Taipei 101 fireworks from the hotel without going right up close. The view was cool. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the hotel really lived up to its name. Best experience.

I took this view from the building's 9th floor, three floors above Best Hotels. The Taiwan National 10/10 Day fireworks at Taipei 101 came through so clearly. I imagine New Year's Eve would look awesome from here too!

The room was dark and dingy, and the bathroom door was only semi-transparent. It also turned out to be a love hotel. I felt really uncomfortable after getting sleazy looks from people nearby, and this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in all my travels. I'd picked it because it was among the most affordable places over the year-end holidays and was strategically located near Raohe night market.

The rooms are fine for the price, and the bed is soft. The hotel is right by Raohe night market, just across the road. Check-in doesn't start until 7pm, and traffic nearby makes it a bit noisy. Good enough for a night's sleep.

It's very cheap, but keep in mind it's used as a love hotel. The soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear other customers having sex.
