The robot butler was a fun extra, bringing Uber orders or room service right to our door. We also had friendly, professional service and a really good breakfast with lots to choose from. Our room and bathroom were comfortable, clean, and spacious, and HOTEL COZZI Taipei Minsheng is only a short walk from the MRT, which made getting around Taipei easy. We’d happily consider staying here again.

The breakfast was a bright spot, with a good range of dishes and some items changing each day. Our room, though, had a strong musty smell that never went away. Staff came to check and said they couldn't smell it, then offered an air purifier, but it didn't help much. I suspect the old carpet may be holding the odor. No other problems for us, and the other person in our party had a room without the smell.

The price and location were the main draws, and breakfast was a nice extra. It’s in a busy area, with places like 7-11 an easy walk away. I arrived a few hours ahead of schedule, and the Duty Manager arranged a room so I didn’t have to wait. That kind of gesture made us feel looked after. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable, very large bed and quiet, cold air conditioning. I enjoyed breakfast too.

That comfortable bathtub was a lovely extra after a long day, and the room itself was clean and cozy. The staff were so welcoming and professional from check-in through to the room. We had a perfect stay and will definitely pick this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

Roy at the front desk was especially kind and professional. We’d just come off a long flight and arrived very early in the morning, so getting a room right away made a huge difference. We really appreciated it, and would definitely recommend the hotel.
