Villa 32

The private hot spring was a wonderful way to relax, and the spring water left my skin feeling great. Our room was quiet and beautifully maintained. The dining was another highlight, with refined, balanced dishes that showed real care for ingredients and craft. From arrival, the whole place felt calm and thoughtfully put together. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive without hovering. A memorable retreat in Beitou, and we'd happily return.

This is the best hot spring I've visited anywhere, and I've been to a few. What brought it down to 3 stars was the shaving gear. They provide razors and shaving gel for after you've spent a few hours relaxing, which is a nice idea, but the blades were so dull I needed four to shave and ended up with razor burn and cuts. Better to leave razors out or provide ones that actually work. I came back a month later and found they still had the same razors. I appreciate VILLA 32’s response to my review, but it feels insincere when nothing has changed. Guest comfort and well-being must not be a priority for VILLA 32.

The service, facilities, and people were all amazing. One of the best spa experiences I've had in my life. I highly recommend Villa32.

The baths were so relaxing that I came away feeling light and refreshed. There were only about 5-6 people there when I visited, and the public bathing area was clean, lovely to look at, and well cared for. Villa 32 is popular, so it isn't exactly a secret, but it still felt quiet and exclusive. The interior has a calm, charming feel too. Booking was straightforward, and the staff were kind and really supportive. A peaceful break that's worth the visit. 5 stars!
